PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation

Facilitating Institutional Energy Transactions Through Governance, Compliance and Commercial Discipline

The global oil and gas sector remains one of the largest and most strategically important industries in the world. Yet it is also one of the most misunderstood, fragmented and risk-sensitive sectors for buyers, sellers, intermediaries, investors, refineries and national oil companies.

PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation was established to address this challenge through structure, discipline and governance. We assist qualified parties in navigating the complex commercial, compliance, documentation, due diligence, sanctions, logistics, banking and transaction-management requirements associated with institutional energy transactions.

Operating under the Pacific Alliance Group (PAG) Ecosystem, our role is not to act as a trader, broker, refinery, title holder, commodity owner, storage provider, shipper or guarantor of supply. Our role is to provide a governance-led facilitation framework that helps serious market participants engage more responsibly, transparently and effectively.

PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation exists to create order in a sector often affected by anonymous offers, unrealistic discounts, unverified sellers, unverifiable buyers, excessive intermediary chains, ghost cargo claims, fake allocation letters, unreliable proof-of-product documents and high sanctions exposure. By applying the PAG Gateway and Gatekeeper model, we help ensure that only credible, documented and compliance-reviewed opportunities are escalated within the PAG Ecosystem.

PAiC as the Gateway

ZMA as the Gatekeeper

Pacific Alliance International Consulting (PAiC) acts as the first point of engagement, commercial screening desk and relationship coordination gateway for opportunities entering the PAG Ecosystem.

Zarif Menon & Associates (ZMA) acts as the principal due diligence, compliance, risk review and transaction escalation authority under the ZMA-DD-001 framework.

Governance First

Every opportunity must be evaluated through governance and compliance before commercial escalation. This protects the buyer, seller, intermediary, refinery, NOC, PAG, PAiC and ZMA from unnecessary exposure.

Institutional Facilitation

PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation does not own, sell, store, transport or guarantee petroleum products. The platform supports qualified parties through structured review, documentation coordination, compliance screening and transaction facilitation.

For qualified buyers, suppliers, refineries, NOC allocation holders, title holders and institutional stakeholders seeking structured oil and gas transaction facilitation, please submit your opportunity through PAiC for initial review. No opportunity will be escalated without satisfactory ZMA compliance review.

PAG Oil & Gas Facilitation is a governance-led facilitation platform operating within the Pacific Alliance Group Ecosystem. PAiC serves as the Gateway for initial engagement and commercial screening. ZMA serves as the Gatekeeper for due diligence, compliance review, sanctions screening and transaction escalation authorisation.

PAG, PAiC and ZMA do not trade, own, purchase, sell, store, transport or guarantee the availability of any oil and gas product. All transactions remain subject to compliance approval, refinery acceptance, banking acceptance, applicable laws, sanctions and final legally binding documentation.
